I started NadTech because too many people were getting burned by IT support that over-promises, over-charges, or over-complicates things. Whether it is a home office that needs Wi-Fi sorted or a small business migrating to Microsoft 365, I handle it the same way - show up, fix it, explain what I did, and leave you with something that actually works.
I explain what is wrong and what I am doing in terms you can actually understand. No tech jargon to make simple things sound complicated.
$170 call-out includes the first 30 minutes. Extra time is $60 per half hour. No hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice.
Call when you need help, or set up ongoing support with regular check-ins. No lock-ins required, but happy to discuss retainers or maintenance plans if that suits you.
