How NadTech Support provides on-site and remote tech support.

Agreement to terms

By booking or using NadTech Support services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use the service.

Services

NadTech provides on-site and remote tech support for homes and small teams with flexible scheduling. We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved on the first visit; we'll advise options if further work or specialist repair is needed.

Pricing & payment

  • A $170 call-out covers travel plus the first 30 minutes and is invoiced after the job.
  • Extra time is $60 per additional 30 minutes and only added with your approval.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe (online payment links). Prices are in AUD and may change.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Reschedule for free with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Cancel more than 24 hours before the booking for no charge (any upfront payment is fully refunded).
  • Inside 24 hours or for no-shows, the $170 call-out may be invoiced; any pre-approved extra time will be adjusted or waived based on work completed.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the property and a person 18+ on site.
  • Ensure you have passwords, admin access, and backups where appropriate.
  • Tell us about any safety, health, or access requirements before arrival.

Liability

We take care when handling equipment and data, but technology work carries risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NadTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including data loss. Please ensure important data is backed up before work begins.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to perform the service (contact details, address, booking notes). See the Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.
