How NadTech handles call-outs that move or don't go ahead.

Call-out bookings

The $170 call-out covers the first 30 minutes. Extra time is $60 per additional 30-minute block and only charged if approved during or before the visit. No upfront payment is taken; invoices are sent after the job via Stripe.

Rescheduling

  • ✓ More than 24 hours notice: reschedule for free.
  • ✓ Inside 24 hours: we'll try to move you, but the $170 call-out may still be billed if the slot can't be re-used.

Cancellations

  • ✓ Cancel more than 24 hours before: no charge.
  • ✓ Cancel inside 24 hours or no-show: the $170 call-out may be invoiced to cover the reserved slot.

Payments

Payment links are sent via Stripe after the job is completed. If an upfront payment was arranged, any adjustments or credits will be applied on the final invoice.
