Mac Support Adelaide

Apple Mac troubleshooting, setup, and repairs for Adelaide homes and businesses. MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini - all models supported.

Not Just a Windows Shop

Many IT support providers focus on Windows and treat Macs as an afterthought. I work with both platforms daily and can help whether you are all-Apple, all-Windows, or a mix of both.

Common Mac Problems I Fix

Mac running slow or freezing
Spinning beach ball of death
Storage full warnings
Apps crashing or not opening
Wi-Fi or Bluetooth not working
External drives not mounting
Printer not connecting
iCloud sync issues
Forgot password or locked out
Screen flickering or display issues
Battery draining fast
Mac not starting up

A Note on Hardware Repairs

For physical repairs like cracked screens, liquid damage, or battery replacements on newer MacBooks, Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider is usually the best option due to parts availability. I can help diagnose the issue, back up your data before you send it in, and get you set up again when it comes back.

Mac in a Windows Office?

One of the most common Mac support requests I get is helping Mac users work in predominantly Windows environments. This includes:

  • Setting up Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) on Mac
  • Connecting to Windows network drives and printers
  • VPN access to company networks
  • Running Windows apps via Parallels or Boot Camp (Intel Macs)
